Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 at Fisk University located in Nashville, TN. Fisk University is a highly ranked historically black university, according to U.S. News and World Report, and is the oldest institution of higher learning in Nashville, Tennessee. This Executive Chef will support the culinary operations on campus, with a mix of 50% computer-based work and 50% hands-on cooking responsibilities.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of basic management experience; 2 years of basic functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
