Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo is seeking Executive Chefs for various locations throughout the country in the Campus Segment. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting. The position requires a strong culinary background, excellent leadership and communication skills, coaching and employee development skills, and a passion for food and innovation.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of basic management experience; 2 years of basic functional experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
