Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo, a leading provider of food services, is looking for Executive Chefs to join various locations across the country, including Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming in their Campus Segment. Candidates should be open to travel and relocation based on business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting, ensuring Sodexo Culinary standards are implemented and maintaining food quality, developing and motivating team members, ensuring food safety and workplace compliance, and possessing knowledge of food inventory and management systems.
Requirements: Basic education requirement is an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of basic management experience; 2 years of basic functional experience in food or culinary services. Strong culinary background with the ability to stay current with trends, excellent leadership and communication skills, strong coaching and employee development skills, and passion for food and innovation are essential.
