Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo Seniors is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for new business in the greater Milwaukee area. The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing a nutritious and creative menu with a high degree of quality and presentation. A strong culinary background from a senior living or healthcare setting is preferred. Experience with large volume/batch cooking and special diets is ideal.
Requirements: Minimum education requirement: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum management experience: 2 years; Minimum functional experience: 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
