Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo, a leading provider of food and facilities management services, is looking for an experienced Executive Chef 2 to join their team at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, NJ. This role will oversee culinary operations in retail, patient services, and catering, ensuring excellence in both front and back of the house operations.
Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement – Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum Management Experience – 2 years; Minimum Functional Experience – 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
