Position: Executive Chef 1
About: Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an experienced Catering Executive Chef to support catering and culinary operations for various clients in the Chicago land area. This hands-on Chef position will be responsible for all the culinary operations to include daily catering events and creating the food for the Micro-Market and cafes at different units. This is a resource operations support position and is temporary for up to 6 months depending on business needs. This role may become permanent, and you may apply to permanent postings while in this role.
Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement – Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum Management Experience – 2 years; Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
