Position: Executive Chef 1
About: Sodexo, a leading food services and facilities management company, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT. The Executive Chef will be responsible for running a large residential dining hall, overseeing menu planning, and executing various menu formats for students. This position requires experience in large-scale food production, supervision of staff, and expertise in vegan, vegetarian, and allergen-safe foods.
Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; 2 years of basic management experience; 1 year of basic functional experience in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, catering services, etc.
