Position: Executive Chef 1
About: Sodexo, a leading food service and facilities management company, is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT. The Executive Chef will play a pivotal role in overseeing menu planning and execution for a large residential dining hall, focusing on providing diverse menu formats for students, including vegan, vegetarian, and allergen-safe options.
Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum Management Experience: 2 years; Minimum Functional Experience: 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
