Position: Executive Catering Chef -Off Premise
About: Our client, a renowned off-premise caterer headed by an award-winning Chef-owner based in Connecticut, is seeking an Executive Catering Chef to join their team. The role involves working closely with clients to create balanced and cost-effective menu options, leading offsite catering events, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of culinary excellence and customer service.
Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience as a Catering Chef or Sous Chef with extensive culinary training; proven effective supervisory skills; knowledge of food preparation, costing, and quality control procedures; experience in high-volume production, off-site catering, and kitchen management; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask, prioritize, and exceed customer expectations; strong business acumen; valid Driver’s License; knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
