Position: Executive Catering Chef
About: Cater to You has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Chef to lead catering and event production and support our culinary teams. Our ideal Executive Chef will champion our farm to table philosophy and implement the structure and organization necessary for a first-class program. Responsibilities include-overseeing catering and event programs; supporting our commissary kitchen and delivery teams; supporting on-site unit managers with associated catering and events. Additionally, the Executive Chef will support our daily dining service programs for 25+ locations in the Greater NYC area.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with major concentration in culinary arts, hospitality management, nutrition, or related field; Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in high-volume food production and catering, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience; Minimum of 5 years supervising and leading production teams; NYC Food handler’s, ServSafe Manager and Aller Train certifications required
