Position: Executive Cafe Chef- Woodland Cafe
About: The Nash Casino, a vibrant entertainment destination, is seeking an Executive Cafe Chef for the Woodland Cafe to oversee daily kitchen operations, recipe consistency, and team management for the Cafe and Noodle Bar. The role involves leading a team of Sous Chefs and hourly staff, handling staff scheduling, recruitment, guest relations, financial management, and ensuring Health Department standards compliance.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of specialized culinary experience; High school diploma or its equivalent; Must be 21 years of age or older; Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks; Ability to work a variety of shifts, including day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts as scheduled; Must be able to obtain required work cards and non-gaming registration as required by the local jurisdiction
