Position: Executive Banquet Chef

About: Cipriani, a renowned hospitality company, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join their team as an Executive Banquet Chef. The Executive Banquet Chef will lead all banquet kitchen operations, create menus, oversee food preparation, and ensure the success of large-scale events in collaboration with the catering team and kitchen staff.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in fine dining; Advanced knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and food procurement; Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills; Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment; Proficiency in food safety practices and kitchen sanitation standards; Knowledge of Italian cuisine and ability to execute authentic dishes
