Requirements: Minimum of seven years of Chef experience, preferably in fine dining establishments or private homes; proficiency in different cuisines; ability to work weekends and holidays; ability to lift up to 40 pounds; knowledge of California sanitation regulations; ServSafe certification; valid driver’s license; US work authorization without visa sponsorship; annual flu shot; ability to pass extensive background checks.
