Position: Events Coordinator
About: The Events Coordinator at the Office of Evangelization & Catechesis in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee plays a vital role in organizing and managing major events and programs, with a primary focus on parish renewal. The position requires strong administrative support to ensure the success of various initiatives and events.
Requirements: At least 3 years experience as an event coordinator or similar role; excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office; Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or related field preferred; high school diploma required; bilingual in Spanish preferred; practicing Catholic with knowledge of Church practices preferred
