Position: Events Coordinator
About: The Plant Library, located in Berkeley, CA, is a premier plant rental company specializing in enhancing events with curated collections of plants. Requirements: Proven experience in event planning, operations, or a related field; strong organizational and time management skills; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; track record of managing multiple projects with precision and attention to detail; valid driver’s license and clean driving record; proficiency in scheduling software, Gmail Suite, QuickBooks, Adobe Suite; flexibility in hours, including some weekends and evenings
