Position: Events Concierge
About: Marriott Hotels is currently seeking a Guest Service/Front Desk Agent to join their team. As a Concierge at Marriott Hotels, the candidate will assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions, arrange transportation and reservations for guests, maintain a clean and organized lobby area, handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a customer service role preferred; excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
