Position: Event & Wellness Specialist – Usona Institute
About: The Usona Institute is seeking an Event and Wellness Specialist to oversee and coordinate the logistics for events hosted at the institute, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for attendees. This role involves managing event setup, maintaining event spaces, and collaborating with internal and external groups to deliver high standards of service within allocated event budgets.
Requirements: Minimum of five years of experience in event or hospitality planning; proven expertise in event coordination or a related field; exceptional communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail; ability to manage and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment during events; strong multitasking abilities to manage various tasks simultaneously; competence in working within a set budget and tracking expenditures; flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required by event schedules.
