Position: Event Technical Producer
About: MassMutual, a leading financial services company, is seeking an Event Technical Producer to join their Event and Conference Management Team. This role will involve managing all technical production aspects of meetings and events, including pre-production planning, on-site production oversight, and content management for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years of experience in event production and/or audio-visual production; 2+ years of experience with virtual streaming platforms; 2+ years of experience with Event Project Management tools, i.e. Airtable or similar; 2+ years of experience in key software (MS Office Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint, etc.); Availability to work nights and weekends as needed for event execution; Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the year in various US and possible international locations (approximately 15-20 meetings and events)
