Requirements: Full-time management position requiring full flexibility and availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied schedules; strong desire to understand and anticipate guest needs in a fast-paced environment; refined verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in general computer knowledge; creativity, innovation, detail-oriented, and organized approach; hotel experience and comprehensive understanding of banquet service levels; previous experience as an Event Services Manager/Assistant, Event Services Captain, or Event Services Supervisor preferred; strengths in high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leadership, effective communication, team development, and exceptional customer service
