Position: Event Senior Sales Manager, Hotel Services – MGM Grand
About: Encore is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Venues to lead the sales process for assigned groups, directing staff to guide customers effectively through their event experiences. This role involves creating high-end event solutions, cultivating relationships with key hotel personnel, and supporting large, high-end event production. The Senior Sales Manager will also supervise the Sales Manager and report to the Sales Director or Director, Event Technology.
Requirements: BS/BA or 3+ years of Encore or equivalent experience required; minimum 2+ years of sales experience required; prior sales experience in audiovisual, technology, or hospitality preferred; technical aptitude, computer proficiency, and CRM knowledge required; superior communication and presentation skills
