Position: EVENT SALES MANAGER AT HOTEL SAINT AUGUSTINE
About: The Hyatt hotel chain is seeking an Event Sales Manager to drive sales, achieve revenue goals, and manage event services primarily for the Catering and Banquet Food and Beverage departments, including contract review, menu planning, and payment collection. The role involves coordinating with various departments, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event execution and adherence to hotel standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); College Degree preferred; Two (2) years related experience in hospitality events or events industry; Ability to create documents in Excel and Word; Ability to understand other computer programs (i.e. Property Management System); Great written and verbal communication skills; Professional demeanor; Ability to apply math concepts effectively
