Position: Event Runner
About: Woodruff Arts Center employees play an integral role in creating and supporting great art and education initiatives at the nation’s third largest arts center. Comprised of three Art Partners-Alliance Theatre, Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and High Museum of Art-there’s a role for everyone at The Woodruff.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; Proficient in Microsoft Word; Experience in cash reconciliation; Available for long shifts, including nights and weekends (typical show days average 15 hours), in a fast-paced environment; Ability to drive 15-passenger vehicles; Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license; Must be able to maintain composure around high-profile artists/guests; Knowledge and love of music; Thorough knowledge of the local area, including area businesses & locations; Safe driving habits; Understanding of the live concert experience; Superior communication skills, both verbal and written; Positive attitude and courteous, personable manner; willingness to aid at any time; Attention to detail
