Position: Event Manager job

About: Tacoma Public Schools is seeking a part-time hourly/seasonal staff member to assist with various tasks during district events. The position involves leading staff, providing customer service, and overseeing facility rentals.

Requirements: Graduation from high school or equivalent; some experience in supervising school activities or clubs; ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays; valid Driver License; knowledge of building and district policies, regulations, procedures, and guidelines related to facility rentals and student activities; ability to work cooperatively with building staff; ability to establish and maintain effective work and student relationships in a multi-cultural setting; ability to plan, organize, and coordinate building activities; ability to maintain accurate records and files.
