Position: Event Manager job

About: Plan, manage and execute stand-alone workshops and VIP Events for HTM Executives (Founder, CEO, COO) in collaboration with the events team. Responsibilities include managing event details, collaborating on hotel contracts, budget management, contractor management, reporting to relevant departments, and continuous improvement of service at standalone workshops. Required skills include experience in VIP meeting planning, budget management, problem-solving, diplomacy, proactive approach, effective communication, accountability, flexibility, tech-friendly attitude, and experience in managing contractors. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and HTM event management software, and basic audio visual setup skills. The position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, lifting at least 15 pounds at times, and travel for conferences and workshops. This is a full-time position with flexible hours. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); management experience; experience in managing budgets and tracking expenses; C-suite communication and collaboration; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and HTM event management software; proficiency with basic audio visual set up
