Position: Event Manager – Catering
About: Saz’s Catering, a locally owned and family business that has been a Milwaukee staple for over 47 years, is seeking an Event Manager to oversee all aspects of private events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, fundraisers, and corporate events. The company prides itself on providing exceptional food, service, and hospitality to all clients and guests.
Requirements: Provide direction, guidance, and training to catering staff, event servers, and bartenders; Lead event teams in event setup, teardown, food preparation, and service; Participate in sales and operations meetings; Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods; Possess a valid Driver’s License with insurable record; Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, event coordination, or supervisor role
