Position: Event Labor Coordinator
About: ABM, one of the world’s largest providers of facility services and solutions, is seeking a full-time Onsite Event Labor Event coordinator to perform various duties related to event set-up, breakdown, and janitorial work under the direct supervision of the Labor Event Supervisor. The position involves working alongside the Client Event Team, answering work order requests, inspecting equipment for damage, and checking equipment against inventory lists, among other responsibilities.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; no experience required and on-the-job training provided; no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required; flexible 8-hour shift Monday-Friday to accommodate event schedules; proficient in Microsoft Outlook; diligence and attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly; ability to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team; ability to use cleaning tools and equipment; ability to use a portable vacuum cleaner – backpack style
