The Events Coordinator will play a crucial role in planning and executing corporate shows and events to drive organizational goals forward, working closely with key stakeholders to create engaging experiences for clients and stakeholders across various platforms.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree (business, marketing communications, events, or project management); 2-4 years minimum of proven experience in the trade shows industry (open to recent grads); Experience with heavy machinery in a trade show environment preferred; Experience managing budgets, invoicing, and negotiating pricing/contracts; Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences; Strong visual communication skills; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment; Excellent relationship management skills with internal customers and stakeholders
