Position: Event Coordinator job
About: The Milwaukee Rescue Mission, a charitable non-profit organization in Milwaukee, is looking for a part-time Event Coordinator to work in collaboration with the Advancement Team in coordinating all fundraising events.
Requirements: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field; 2 to 4 years of experience in events coordination and marketing preferred; mature Christian with a servant’s heart; creative skill set; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong time management skills; detail-oriented with organizational skills; self-motivated and community-driven team player; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite programs required; proficiency with Adobe Publisher or InDesign a plus; valid driver’s license and good driving record required; able to handle physical workload; workplace demeanor consistent with a Christian church environment; agreement with MRM Statement of Faith and Biblical Convictions; committed follower of the Lord Jesus Christ; pass pre-employment background check and drug test
