Position: Event Coordinator job
About: The Milwaukee Rescue Mission, a charitable non-profit organization, is in search of a part-time Event Coordinator to collaborate with the Advancement Team in organizing fundraising events at the Central Campus in Milwaukee, WI.
Requirements: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field; 2 to 4 years of experience in events coordination and marketing; mature Christian with a servant’s heart; creative skill set; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong time management skills; detail-oriented with excellent organization skills; self-motivated and community-driven; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite programs required; proficiency with Adobe Publisher or InDesign a plus; valid driver’s license and good driving record required; ability to handle physical workload; workplace demeanor consistent with a Christian church environment; agreement with and subscription to the MRM Statement of Faith and the MRM Statement of Biblical Convictions; pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
