Position: Event Concierge – Red Coat
About: Marriott Denver Tech Center Hotel, a member of Sage Hospitality, is a renowned hotel in the heart of the Denver Tech Center offering 605 guest rooms, over 49,000 square feet of meeting space, and a charming local Beer Garden. The hotel provides convenient access to the light rail, connecting directly to Downtown Denver, and is in proximity to premier attractions in the area such as Greenwood Village, Comedy Works, the Landmark Theater, and Village Greens Park.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent experience; One year previous customer service-related experience; Requires knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services; Ability to communicate in English; Ability to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction; Excellent hearing and speech communication skills; Moderate vision required; Understanding of recreational information
