Position: Event Concierge – Red Coat
About: The Marriott Denver Tech Center Hotel, a member of Sage Hospitality, located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center, boasting 605 guest rooms, over 49,000 square feet of meeting space, and a charming local Beer Garden. The hotel offers convenient access to Downtown Denver and premier attractions in the area.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent experience; One year previous customer service related experience; Requires knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services; Ability to communicate in English, second language desirable; Ability to achieve positive guest relations and maximize guest satisfaction; Excellent hearing and speech communication skills; Ability to comprehend and make reservations for guest recreation
