Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Customer service experience (hospitality industry experience is a plus); Highly personable with a desire to serve people well; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks; Detail oriented with an independent work ethic; Quick grasp of new concepts
