Position: Event Concierge
About: Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an Event Concierge who will be responsible for providing exceptional client support for Resort groups and social events. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment and contribute to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Requirements: Experience: 2 years of previous Banquet experience in Front of House operations desired but not necessary; Skills and Abilities: Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, strong interpersonal & communication skills, high level of enthusiasm, creativity, and attention to detail; Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-driven environment; Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and ability to use email and internet.
