Requirements: High school diploma or GED; previous Food and Beverage supervisory experience necessary; bartending abilities with emphasis on craft beer, mixology, and wine service required; experience with computer-based POS system preferred; proficient in Microsoft programs and other computer software; ability to work with everyday mathematical concepts; knowledge of procurement procedures and inventory systems; ability to read and interpret documents and prepare reports; excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; work nights, weekends, and holidays as required; valid driver’s license; ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Work Permit; Washington State health card by date of hire; MAST certification within 60 days from employment; Hepatitis A vaccination prior to first shift
