Position: Entertainment Manager

Requirements: Minimum three years experience in a public relations, entertainment, guest services, resort/recreational, or related field; minimum three years experience demonstrating hosting experience, stage experience, and public speaking skills; proven experience leading and motivating a team; ability to seek out guest contact while displaying energy, outgoing attitude, and enthusiasm; ability to learn and memorize scripts quickly; exceptional presentation, communication, and organizational skills; strong microphone and team skills; ability to perform in high-energy environments and engage audiences of all ages; at least 21 years of age; fluent in English; willingness to live and work onboard for extended periods; flexible, adaptable, and customer-oriented; previous shipboard experience preferred
