Position: Enrollment Events Coordinator
About: The Enrollment Events Coordinator at WCTC is responsible for planning and executing recruitment events, coordinating campus visits, and managing student workers to support the recruitment and enrollment of prospective students. This role collaborates with various departments and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution aligning with enrollment objectives and enhancing the student experience.
Requirements: Proven experience in event planning and visit coordination, detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, strong management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office, ability to work effectively in a team, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed; Associate’s degree with three (3) years or Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year experience in education, event planning, or related field
