Position: Endpoint Security and Management Specialist

About: Information Technology Solutions (ITS) is the in-house technology solutions provider for the Wisconsin School of Business (WSB). We are seeking a new team member who is motivated and enthusiastic to improve the security and support of our user endpoints. The ITS team is a small but growing group with dedicated and customer-friendly technology professionals. Additional responsibilities of this position are to assist with server system administration, network and firewall administration, and enterprise applications. This position will report to the ITS Director. This position has the option of being onsite or hybrid.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; 5 or more years of professional experience managing endpoints; 5 or more years of demonstrated experience with endpoint management and deployment tools such as SCCM, Workspace One, Jamf; 7 or more years of experience with endpoint management with deployment tools such as SCCM, Workspace ONE, Intune, Jamf; 7 or more years experience managing Active Directory Security Groups, OUs, DNS, and GPO?s; 5 or more years experience programming with one or more relevant languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Python; Security certifications such as GSEC, CISSP, CISM, OSCP, CRISC; Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows Server operating systems; Experience with vulnerability management tools; Experienced using, supporting and managing IT inventory management tools; Experienced with endpoint configuration, hardening and validation; Experience working in higher education; Experienced with networking technologies such as DHCP, DNS, PXE, multicast; Experience developing documentation for end users and IT professionals; Professional industry certification (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
