Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred; minimum of 1-3 years of experience in root cause analysis, consulting, and conducting focus groups to measure employee retention; experience in a metrics-based HR role focusing on turnover improvement and employee engagement preferred; thrives in a people-oriented environment and demonstrates collaborative leadership; adept at problem-solving and adaptable to changing environments; strong communication skills, both flexible and effective in conveying ideas to diverse audiences; ability to lead teams to achieve results; self-motivated, detail-oriented, with basic to intermediate Microsoft program skills; comfortable in a service industry or light production environment.
