Position: Employee Dining Room Sous Chef (Glacier NP)

This role is posted for the spring/summer 2025 season. You will manage all aspects of Employee Dining Room operations, work hands-on with a team, keep record of safety issues, attend property management meetings, offer assistance to guests and teammates, and be a utility player who can complete various job duties. Employee Dining or restaurant management experience is required. Work ethic, commitment to the team and guest, ability to work solo or in a team, dedication to safety and cleaning standards, organization, attention to detail, kindness, good communication, problem-solving, friendliness, flexibility, and a sense of fun are essential. The work environment is beautiful, fun, independent, remote, and physically demanding, requiring walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, and lifting as needed. It involves team collaboration and may adapt based on team and company needs.
