Position: Empire Assistant Sous Chef – Winter 2024 – 25

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the culinary industry; Possess a current Utah state food handler’s permit or SafeServe Certificate; Able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 lbs; Able to withstand frequent up/down, twisting, and repetitive movements
