Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee customer service associates and designated hitters, manage the front end operations of the pharmacy and retail store, and collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve company goals. This role involves leading and managing store team members, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and optimizing store operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program; strong leadership abilities with a focus on professional ethics, communication, and business acumen; completion of Store Manager training program or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training; fluent in English; flexible availability including evenings and weekends
