Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Assistant Store Manager to oversee the customer service associates and designated hitters in the Pharmacy and Retail Store. The role involves managing the front end of the store, ensuring proper merchandising, protecting store assets, and enhancing overall store sales and profitability. The Assistant Store Manager collaborates with the Store Manager to lead the store team towards achieving company objectives in a dynamic retail environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or completion of the Walgreens Community Internship Program; demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication skills and business acumen; completion of Store Manager training program or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training; fluency in English; flexibility to work varied schedules and locations
