Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens, a leading pharmacy and retail store chain, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their team. The Assistant Store Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the front end of the store, leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store operates efficiently to meet company goals.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED and two years of supervisory experience; demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication skills and business acumen; completion of Store Manager training program or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks; fluent in English; willingness to work flexible schedule and accept promotion into Store Manager position if offered; ability to transfer to other Walgreens locations within the same hiring area
