Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the front end operations of the Pharmacy and Retail Store. This role involves supervising team members, ensuring proper merchandising, and enhancing overall store sales and profitability. The Assistant Store Manager collaborates with external partners, manages store cash and inventory, and leads the team to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program; strong leadership abilities and communication skills; completion of Store Manager training program or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training; fluent in English; willingness to work flexible schedules and accept potential relocation; ability to transfer within Walgreens retail assets
