Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee customer service associates and designated hitters, support the Store Manager in managing the front end of the store, and ensure the overall operations of the Pharmacy and Retail Store run smoothly. This role involves leading and managing store team members, improving customer experience, and optimizing store operations for increased sales and profitability.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED with two years of supervisory experience; demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication skills; completion of Store Manager training program or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of start date; fluent in English; willingness to work flexible schedule and accept promotion if offered
