Position: Emerging Store Manager
About: Walgreens is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee the front end of their Pharmacy and Retail Store. This role involves managing store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program OR High School Diploma/GED and two years of supervisory experience; demonstrated leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and business acumen; completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of start date; must be fluent in English; willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends and evenings; ability to relocate if offered a Store Manager position within the same hiring area.
