Position: Elementary Food Service Manager (Smoke Ranch, Summerlin South, Spring Valley or Central LV))
About: Under general supervision, the Elementary Food Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of elementary school kitchens with feeding programs within the Clark County School District (CCSD). This role involves food preparation, service, and sales accountability, with a focus on maintaining high-quality customer service and adherence to Federal, State, and CCSD meal requirements.
Requirements: High school graduation or other equivalent (General Education Development GED, foreign equivalency, etc.); One year of institutional, commercial, and/or school district food service experience preparing and/or serving food
