Position: EL Cook/Prep
About: El Pollo Loco is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and storing whole chicken and other grilled products while maintaining cleanliness and following food safety procedures in our restaurant environment. This role reports to the Assistant and General Manager.
Requirements: Must have high school diploma or equivalent; experience in food preparation preferred; knowledge of food safety and handling procedures; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail and organizational skills
