About: River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Full-Time Executive Chef to oversee the efficient and profitable operation of all food outlets, ensuring high-quality food and service for guests.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Service / Business Management; 5 years experience in culinary management with a strong understanding of food quality and presentation; Casino experience preferred; MCN OPG Gaming License required; Knowledge of Title 31 reporting requirements; Tulsa County Food Handler’s Card required for all F&B positions; Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug test
