Position: Dual Director of Food Beverage
About: Direct and organize the Food & Beverage functions within the outlets of the resort to maintain high standards of quality, service, and merchandising for maximizing profits. Ensure a positive guest experience and take ownership of guest requests.
Requirements: High school or equivalent education required; Bachelors Degree preferred. 3-5 years Food & Beverage operation experience and management experience required. Culinary, sales, and service background required. Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol. Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required. Valid driver’s license required for vehicle operation.
